Erin Andrews' stalker, Michael David Barrett, was just sentenced to 30 months in prison.

Barrett -- who pled guilty in December to one count of interstate stalking -- has until noon on May 3 to turn himself in. Barrett also has to stay 100 yards away from Erin and her family at all times.
Barrett was accused of secretly videotaping Andrews while she was naked in multiple hotel rooms.
During a news conference after the hearing, Erin said she wished Barrett was sentenced to more time behind bars. She also said she considers Barrett a sexual predator.

The sentencing hearing for Erin Andrews' convicted stalker is today -- and last night, the ESPN reporter was "very nervous" about seeing him in court.

Erin scoffed at Michael David Barrett's plea for Peeping Tom probation, saying, "I wouldn't let him get out of jail."
As we previously reported, prosecutors are asking the judge to sentence Barrett to 27 months behind bars.

Erin Andrews is outraged that her convicted stalker, Michael David Barrett, will ask the court on Monday for probation after his creepy peeping tour of Erin's hotel rooms.

The "Dancing With the Stars" beauty tells TMZ, "He is seeking the mercy of the court. He did not show me or any of the other victims any mercy."
Erin's lawyer, Marshall Grossman, was even stronger, saying, "I think it would be a travesty of justice for this man to walk free. It would be a license for others to engage in similar predatory activity."
Grossman goes on ... "It would send a terrible message to the other 16 women known to be victimized by him in the same manner."
Prosecutors are asking the judge to sentence Barrett to 27 months behind bars.
The sentencing hearing is set for Monday. Erin says she'll be in court and she'll ask the judge to throw the book at Barrett.

Audrina Patridge's alleged stalker was carrying a knife that had a swastika on the handle when he was arrested outside of her house last month ... this according to a detective's testimony yesterday in court.

The detective said she found the knife -- which had a 6-inch blade -- in Zachary Loring's bag after they hauled him to the station on February 19 ... when he allegedly violated the restraining order Audrina was granted against him last year.
Loring is set to be arraigned on March 23 for one count of stalking and two counts of disobeying a court order.

Ryan Seacrest's stalker, Chidi Uzomah, just pled no contest to felony stalking ... TMZ has learned.

Uzomah, who repeatedly hunted the "American Idol" host down and came close to him while armed with a knife, agreed in court to submit to a 3-month psychiatric evaluation at Chino State Prison in California.
As for prison time, we're told he could serve up to two years behind bars. And it's likely the judge will issue a criminal stay away order to keep Uzomah clear of Ryan Seacrest for the next 10 years.
People who worked on the case say the L.A. County Deputy D.A. assigned to the case, Wendy Segall, drove a hard bargain.

Dr. Drew has one less bone to pick with his alleged stalker -- because that crazy lawsuit filed by the man who allegedly threatened to murder the doctor's family just got dismissed.
An L.A. Superior Court judge threw out Charles Pearson's small claims suit against the "Loveline" doc after both parties failed to show up to court Monday.
Pearson -- who was arrested last week and charged with felony stalking -- filed the lawsuit against Dr. Drew on February 8 claiming the doc was a member of the KKK and owed him $2,500 for performing "illegal surgery" on him.
Pearson is currently being held on $400,000 bail.

Pearson will be arraigned this afternoon and prosecutors will ask for bail to be set at $400,000.
Pearson was arrested on Wednesday after he allegedly sent Dr. Drew threatening messages over the Internet -- including one in which Pearson said he would kill Dr. Drew's children and make his wife eat them.
Pearson has been in custody since his arrest, held on $150,000 bail.

The ex-girlfriend of Dr. Drew Pinsky's alleged stalker obtained a restraining order against the guy in 2007 -- and in the docs, she claims he threatened her life by saying, "I have guns and I'm not afraid to use them."

In the documents, filed in L.A County Superior Court, Sandra Obagi says she dated and lived with Charles Pearson for over five years.
Obagi claims Charles went off the deep end around the time they broke up in 2005, and started making harassing phone calls to her, her family and her coworkers. In the docs, Obagi says Charles' mother told her that her son's "mental state is quickly deteriorating."
Obagi also claims Charles "made obscene & outrageous threats and claims directed at my family, and wants my family to 'get me in order' or he will 'take care of everyone.'"
TMZ spoke with Obagi, who said Charles started hearing and seeing things during the last six months of their relationship -- and that he believed Dr. Drew and the FBI were tracking him.
In the docs, it says Charles is supposed to stay 300 yards away from Obagi and her family until 2012.

Dr. Drew Pinsky is not the only one targeted by his alleged stalker. We're told the personalities at the radio station where Dr. Drew works were also allegedly harassed ... this according to sources who spoke with TMZ.

We're told Charles Pearson -- who was arrested yesterday in L.A. and booked on felony stalking -- has been sending emails to the flagship stars of KROQ, Kevin and Bean. We're told Pearson felt KROQ -- which runs Dr. Drew's show "Loveline" -- implanted a chip in his body and used the chip to speak with him.
KROQ employees learned of the arrest when TMZ broke the story last night.
As for Pearson, we're told he was arrested in the library at Pierce College in Woodland Hills, CA.

Audrina Patridge says she feels safer now that her alleged stalker is behind bars ... and we would too, after his bird-flipping performance during his arraignment yesterday.

Zachary Loring pled not guilty to felony stalking and three misdemeanors -- right around the time he spewed obscenities and made obscene gestures behind his lawyer's back. He's being held on $150,000 bail.
Audrina was shopping in L.A. yesterday afternoon.

The guy who was arrested outside Audrina Patridge's home last Friday has now been charged with felony stalking.
In addition to the stalking charge, the Los Angeles District Attorney charged Zachary Loring with three misdemeanors -- one for each of the times he violated a court order by showing up at Audrina's house. Audrina got a three-year restraining order against Loring last September.
Loring will be arraigned on Tuesday and the DA will seek a more aggressive criminal protective order against him.

The guy Audrina Patridge got a permanent restraining order against last year was arrested this morning after he allegedly showed up to her Los Angeles home.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ someone inside Audrina's house called 911 after Zachary Loring allegedly started pounding on her front door and ringing the doorbell. We're told Audrina was home at the time of the incident.
Loring was in possession of a large knife when he was arrested, according to law enforcement sources.
We're told cops showed up to Audrina's place and arrested Loring -- who was booked for felony stalking and misdemeanor vandalism. Loring is in custody and being held on $160,000 bail.
Back in September, Audrina claimed Loring kept showing up to her house and giving her creepy poems and drawings -- including one of a woman being hanged.

"NYPD Blue" star Gail O'Grady won a permanent restraining order against a man she claims stalked her and her five-year-old son, but not before the man went ballistic inside the courtroom.
Steven Church was in court this morning for the hearing, when things weren't going his way. O'Grady wasn't present, but her P.I., Scott Ross -- who tailed Church during the investigation -- was too much for Church to take. He stormed out of the courtroom, then stormed back in.
Church apparently made all the wrong moves because Judge Carol Boas Goodson granted the stay away order.
During the hearing Church admitted sending more than 400 text messages to O'Grady.
