Alexis Neiers -- who's been charged with breaking into the home of Orlando Bloom -- is telling her side of the story ... with a reality show.
Premiering last night, "Pretty Wild" documented Alexis' arrest and subsequent on-camera meltdowns -- where the model denied any involvement with the Burglar Bunch and said the entire situation was "not fair."
Ryan Seacrest's stalker, Chidi Uzomah, just pled no contest to felony stalking ... TMZ has learned.
Uzomah, who repeatedly hunted the "American Idol" host down and came close to him while armed with a knife, agreed in court to submit to a 3-month psychiatric evaluation at Chino State Prison in California.
As for prison time, we're told he could serve up to 2 years behind bars. And it's likely the judge will issue a criminal stay away order to keep Uzomah clear of Ryan Seacrest for the next 10 years.
People who worked on the case say the L.A. County Deputy D.A. assigned to the case, Wendy Segall, drove a hard bargain.
DUIs are great for ratings -- so what better way to help your reality show then to go get one ... and then blab all about it to the network that airs your show? Shayne Lamas was popped in Venice, Calif. last night for allegedly driving under the influence -- and we know this because she told E!, home of "Leave it to Lamas," the whole story.
In a shockingly well-worded statement, Lamas told E!, "Early Saturday morning, after consuming one drink, I willingly drove through a mandatory check point on my way home with complete confidence of passing. However, the breathalyzer indicated that I was over the legal limit of blood alcohol content and was arrested onsite."
Look for a very special episode of "Leave it to Lamas" sometime during the next sweeps period.
Just because Ryan Seacrest's alleged stalker is 6'4" tall, an infantryman in the Army Reserves and known to attack bodyguards at will ... that doesn't mean the guy isn't scared of someone stealing his car.
TMZ obtained photos of Chidi Uzomah's car -- which he left behind at the E! building last week after he got arrested. The car was safe, though, because it was left under the watchful eye of the greatest anti-theft device ever conceived: The Club.
Also inside the car: A Thomas Guide opened up to a map of West Hollywood, clothes, a towel and a backpack full of books.
Ryan Seacrest's alleged stalker had some ominous words about his trip to E! last week.
Law enforcement sources tell us, during their interview with Chidi Uzomah, he told cops, "I felt like I was meant to see someone."
One law enforcement source says Uzomah shows signs of early schizophrenia, which often emerges in people around Uzomah's age -- 25.
Uzomah -- who showed up with a knife at the E! building where Ryan was doing his radio show -- is currently being held on $150,000 bail on felony stalking and other charges.
Ryan Seacrest's lawyers aren't taking any chances -- they just got a temporary restraining order against the alleged stalker who was arrested at the E! building today.
Under the terms of the restraining order, filed by Ryan's lawyer Blair Berk, Chidi Uzomah is ordered to stay 100 yards away from Ryan. Uzomah must stay clear of Ryan's home, job, vehicle. He can have no contact -- either direct or indirect -- with Seacrest.
We're told Seacrest's people fear Uzomah is a real danger. We're hearing Ryan's lawyers moved quickly so LAPD Threat Management detectives could serve Uzomah with the TRO while he's still being interrogated at the jail. As we first reported, Uzomah is being held on felony stalking.
Chidi was convicted of three misdemeanors last month after attacking Ryan's bodyguard at a hospital in Orange County. He had a knife in his pocket. Uzomah pled guilty to three misdemeanors and was placed on probation. One term of probation -- stay away from Ryan. The D.A. is now considering whether to ask the judge to violate Uzomah's probation.
Uzomah was taken into custody earlier today ... moments after showing up to the E! building in Los Angeles with a knife. He also showed up at a radio station in Burbank earlier this month, looking for Ryan.
TMZ has learned Chidi Uzomah -- the man who showed up with a knife to see Ryan Seacrest at work today -- is now being held on felony stalking charges, and that gives Ryan some breathing room.
Law enforcement sources tell us the LAPD has decided Uzomah is a real danger to Seacrest. By holding him on felony stalking, cops have some breathing room to hold Uzomah in custody ... mainly because he was caught with a knife.
TMZ just got video of Ryan Seacrest's alleged stalker being taken to the LAPD station for booking.
Chidi Uzomah was arrested at 9:40 AM PT today, after showing up at the E! offices, where Ryan was working.
Uzomah had a knife on him when he showed up.
Uzomah was convicted last month of battery and two other misdemeanors after assaulting one of Seacrest's security guards outside an O.C. hospital. The judge placed him on 3 years probation and ordered him to stay away from Ryan.
TMZ has learned an alleged stalker of Ryan Seacrest has been arrested inside the E! building where Ryan shoots his daily TV show.
Sources say it's the same man -- Chidi Uzomah -- who attacked Ryan's security guard last month outside an Orange County hospital. In the Orange County incident, Uzomah had a knife.
A source inside the building tells us the suspect had a knife on him today as well and is being detained right now by LAPD in the lobby of the E! building.
We're told Uzomah went to the lobby and the guard on duty was aware of Uzomah and E! called the LAPD.
Uzomah -- who is 6'4" and 200 lbs -- pled guilty last month in the O.C. hospital incident to three misdemeanors. The judge placed him on three years probation and ordered him to stay away from Ryan.
We're told Seacrest was in the building at the time Uzomah entered.
The Twittersphere is gettin' nasty -- with a fight brewing between E!'s Giuliana Rancic and Access Hollywood's Billy Bush!
The catfight started with Rancic dissing Miss California, and the exchange only got more heated from there.
Rancic: i know i'm a journalist, and i should be objective...but she is an ignorant discrace [sic] and she makes me sick to my stomach. Bush: Giuliana...if you were a jouranlist [sic], you would have edited yourself at the last minute, but you are on E! and that's good too.
Bush: interesting. Tensions mount with passion. hard 4 people (not just G.R.) to remain level. but Obama has same stance as Miss USA. need him
Rancic:You're knocking E!??? Are you suddenly a hard-hitting anchorman? Speaking of editing, you spelled 'journalist' wrong.
Bush: the pressure of 140 got to me. but we have same news guidelines as Nightly News and Today Show. so no, but yes.
Then, 30 minutes later, Bush raised the white flag and surrendered.
Bush: All right, all right. I like Guiliana too and her husband Bill (a former judge). We're off point. My fault. GR...Sorry. May have news soon
Joel McHale -- whatcha gonna do when Mickey Rourke runs wild on you?
Mickey Rourke was none-too-pleased that E! funnyman Joel McHale made a few jokes at the expense of his dead dog Loki -- so he threw out a few expletives and a minor threat of some slapping during an interview to promote his latest movie.
