Crazy has a name and, according to Pras at least, it's Lauryn Hill! TMZ asked him about a Fugees reunion last night, and the rapper let TMZ know Lauryn Hill is the reason for the hold up, and gave his opinion on the looney eclectic singer.

7. I don't give a crap what Pras or anyone says about her, I'll always love Lauryn. I wish the Fugees would reunite, but I'm not holding my breath for that to actually happen. Out of the Fugees trio ( Wyclef, Pras, and Lauryn), Pras is the only one who hasn't done all that well as a solo artist...so maybe he's a bit of a hater.

14. Wyclef said the same thing about Lauryn a few months ago at a z1077 in studio performace in St.Louis! The question was asked about a Fugees reunion and he said she was holding them back and it won't happen until she cleans up and stops being crazy.
