3. Everyone dislikes the father so much...from the media to the bloggers, but seriously. Dina is just as much a pathetic slacker as the father is, when it comes to the two of them, yet she seldom gets taken to task for it. He did time. Big deal. Dina's on the loose as a terrible mother and enabler, who is free to screw up her other cash cows, while being a total enabler for the daughter she's already mucked up. They're both unfit people. Period. And just because she's a mother doesn't mean she was the better party of the two. It's a shame you have to gave a license to fish, yet anyone can become a parent.

8. ya know maybe if they had paid better attention to their daughter instead of trying to tear each other's throats out ...Lindsay would be doing better these days. I'm so sick of hearing about the Lohans and the Spears' ...its gotten to the point where I won't even be sad to hear that one of them was found dead somewhere...its such a waste of life.

15. Lindsay Lohan is beautiful and I hope and pray she gets her life straightened out. Let's face it - a lot of the child stars have never known anything but instant gratification. It boils over into their adulthood and they can't practice patience because they've never had to do so. Same thing happens with a very spoiled child in any family. Her mother is beautiful and should remember that the mother always gets the blame. Hardly ever does anybody say it was the father's fault. Lindsay just needs to remove herself from the Hollywood crowd and go to college just as Brooke Shields and Jodi Foster did. They are still beautiful and more importantly: they are intelligent. Just as Judge Judy says: beauty fades and dumb is forever. I've seen Donald Trump on television and he has offered to help Lindsay and has good things to say about Dina. There is no reason for him to say this unless he knows it to be true. Look at Donald's daughter - she is beautiful, smart and works hard. Lindsay could follow in her footsteps.
